UPDATE: Flashed it, looking good. Seems to be India international ROM.

Why did you choose that specific one to load onto your rm-1113? Just because you figured global swap was the best? Were you having trouble with at&t before you reflashed it?

I have a rm-1113 but use T-Mobile and it wont connect to LTE, only h+ and lower.

Did you check to see if the data is set at 4g, or manual set the apn? Maybe you could flash the t-mobile rom, Product Code 059X0P7 and gain wifi calling and visual voicemail.

I'm running 10166 build of Windows 10 now and on my 640 dual sim. Did a hard reset after and all seems great, MS even added my country and settings finally! My country wasn't even listed in 8.1, it's nice not to have to choose another country that's simply nearby lol.

Interestingly enough though, I have 10166 running on my 1520 and Icon, and some of the settings are different. Settings that shouldn't have to do with the lower spec/different hardware. Weird, very minor though so I'll be sticking with W10 in fast ring for now. This build is finally halfway there stability wise.

I don't know exactly what a GLOBAL SWAP rom is for other than maybe the default for a new repair part, but I do know that those never seem to get updated. You might want to pick a different one.

If you're in US, you probably want 4R or 7R if it's available for the same RM-xxxx of course.

I bought a RM-1075 model and SIM1(T-Mobile) has an "L" next to it, which I assume is LTE. The Network Speed Test app showed 25.7Mpbs down, 10.7Mbps up.

Maybe I'll get visual voicemail with Windows 10. I should check if my wife's T-Mobile branded 640 has it.

What exactly do you mean by never updated? Isn't it carrier agnostic, and therefor should get any and all updates MS pushes soon as they are published?

Exactly that. I have never seen a "SWAP" ROM get an update. Those are, i think, like default software on a replacement mainboard, if you could get one to repair a phone and verify that it boots, the first thing you would do is load the appropriate other version on it to match what was replaced.

CV on the other hand, those are the ones that get updated without interference from carriers.

Well I have flashed every RM-1113 ROM just this past week and they all had the exact same updates available which installed. Perhaps it's just been so long since the last update that they have all trickled down to every iteration.

Does this work with ATT LTE in the US?

AT&T told me over the phone that LTE for my HK dual sim is not possible at this point as it is a ROM issue. Supposedly, this is being communicated to online sellers.
