I'm not too certain, but I'm pretty sure AT&T's version has all the bands that the Roger's one has. If any are disabled, it may be because AT&T disabled them, but they are still supported by the hardware.

Let me ask you a question.... In nokia.com cyan update check site i see:
EUROPE -> GREECE
"Lumia 1020 Country variant 3051.40000.1345.1003 Available Available Under testing "
So my question is : I searched for a CV code in Greece but i can't find one. Is there any out there ?

Great tutorial, worked flawlessly going from German to a UK variant.
I was getting strange clock resets and this seems to have solved the problem.
