Why am I getting an error (0x80246002) while upgrading 10166 build?

getting error (0x80246002) while upgrading 10166 build plz helpme out

iam using lumia 520 while upgrading to latest build 10166 iam experiencing error!and it sometimes downloading upto 32% and whole elements present in action center is blinking

I had issues updating my 635 to build 10166. The best way to fix that is to downgrade to 8.1 and then reinstall Windows 10 build 10166.

last time also i have downgraded and installed windows 10149 build!! dont i have a solution without downgrading

I am getting same error in 10512 build. I've tried reinstalling WP8.1 also but no solution.
Help me.
