Getting errors connecting to microsoft account through store and while taking backing up
I am from India.
I used to connect to store at beginning.
But to avail Cortana in India, i made some changes in keyboard, speech, region and language settings as shown in some youtube video.
And apps now cannot be installed now showing error "Microsoft account services are currently unavailable."
I read somewhere on internet that this error is caused due to region settings, and i have tried various combinations of settings, but none worked. Unfortunately, I forgot to keep note of what the default settings were.
So now I am trying to back my phone up and want to do hard reset.
But Backup also giving error (at 96% only) "Connection to server is lost."
