Sorry, we cant play this file on your phone
After recently updating to 8.1 grdr2 my lumia 535 does now not play videos on the phone. These videos were recorded on the phone and worked absolutely fine before the update. I did update to the windows 10 TP, but rolled back as it wasnt for me, do you think that may have affected this. Just want my videos to play now. Would a hard reset sort this out? Any help would be greatly appreciated?
