Why am I having O.S. problems since updating my game?

O.S. Problems since 25.12.2014

Yesterday on 25.12.2014 while updating the game asphalt & airborne my lumia 720 froze and i had soft reset the phone.
But when I switched on my phone the O.S. of the phone starting behaving erratically .
Half of the apps were opening but some apps like my mail apps and microsoft apps crashed when i opened them.
I can make calls and send or receive sms but cannot open my email app as well other apps or games .
Kindly help me out.

Seems like some data got corrupted. This is scary because it could mean a hardware issue Windows Phone is not very prone to corruption unless a bigger problem popped up. I'm afraid you will have to hard-reset the device to get rid of the current problems.

However with the issues you describe I would recommend flashing the original rom with the Lumia flashing tool from Microsoft (download here: https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...singleTopic%26topic%3DFA142987&token=vXLQLmdh )
