Why am I not able to connect my FITBIT charge with Lumia640?

The bluetooth doesnt pair my fitbit charge.

I thought it might be the fitbit problem but they got my device replaced with a new one still it doesnt work.

I would start over with a clean slate. Unpair all Fitbits from your phone and remove all existing Fitbits that are registered with your Fitbit account. Then just go through the process as if it were a new phone with a new Fitbit.
