Why am I not able to download windows mobile upgrade?

When I go to Upgrade Advisor, am told to go to Setting and download and install windows. Yet when I go to settings and check for update the phone which Lumia 1520. It tells me that my phone is up to date. What is happening here and what should be my next move? I am in Australia.

....don't stress, I'm in the same boat. My Lumina 1520 has exactly the same issue. I spoke to a Microsoft rep online yesterday and he hinted that the update for some phones hadn't filtered through the system yet... and that it should be available soon/within a week - or two...(now where have I heard that before?)

Would love Microsoft to actually communicate these things!
