Why am I not able to enable experimental features in ie?

i am not able to enable experimental features in ie

as when i type about:flags it shows "Navigation to the webpage was canceled"
so kindly help

Did you install the latest cumulative update?

It stopped working for me after that, as I don't use IE much I haven't uninstalled the latest update to check if it works again.
