Why am I not able to hard reset my Lumia 520 I was trying to install Windows 10?

i'm not able to hard reset my lumia 520 i was trying to install windows 10

i was trying to install windows 10 from the app "windows inside" but when i give it to install. my phone is trying to install and " " this symbol is shows , and the cell goes off and restarts and again it tries to install the windows and same thing happens .. i have tried to hard reset and also soft reset but nothing is working . so please somebody help me with this

You need to use the Windows Device Recovery Tool to get your device up and running again. It will flash WP 8.1 onto your phone.

I tried to install windows 10 mobile in Lumia 625,same thing happened,had to take it to Nokia care,but they fixed it immediately
