Why am I not able to import my contacts from hotmail??

i am not able to import my contacts from hotmail??

i have a lumia 920. the backup which i have saved in hotmail account not my is showing me outlook to log in.. there is no option for log in hotmail... pls help me out.. how can i import my contacts??

You can login using your hotmail account even though it says outlook. Just enter the Microsoft email address as youremail@hotmail.com and you should be able to login
