Why am i not able to install WhatsApp in my Lumia625?

I recently updated my Lumia625 from Windows Phone8.1(Lumia Denim) to Windows10 Using the Insider app. Whats app is not visible and i am unable to download the same. Getting the Error Code-8x80070019.

Try soft reset and try again, if not soft reset again and change installation location and soft reset every time after changing preference and try again.
