Windows Central Question

Not able to Sign-In in Mail, Store and in Your Account.

I am not able add account to Mail. It shows Add Account but once I click on it, nothing happens. Also in the Accounts section, I am not able to sign in with Microsoft account. There is an option of "Sign in with Microsoft account instead" and same problem, I click but nothing happens. Please Help.
