Why am I unable to download Instagram App?

Hi I'm unable to download the Instagram App on my 930 running windows 10 anyone had any success installing it. I cannot find Instagram Beta anymore on the store either.

Same for me, 950xl... and I had it installed on my 950xl previously. I use 6tag normally though.
