Why am I unable to download Viber or update Xbox music on my Lumia 630?

why am i unable of downloading viber or updating xbox music on my lumia 630 ?

since i installed the denim update on my lumia 630 i'm not able of downloading viber and xbox music it displays attention required. tap to try again for only these 2 apps. i can download and update other apps except the viber and xbox music.

The "tap to try again" should take you to a screen where you acknowledge a condition - like may access location or may use cellular data.

If it is not doing so revisit the store after a Soft Reset and try again. A Soft Reset will clear your system memory. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds).
