Why am I unable to get preview builds?

unable to get preview builds

everytime i press "Get preview builds" it says that "we weren't able to find a preview build for you" even though i'm a insider for nearly one year -_-, what should i do? thanks

you've tried the alternate logon? And checked for app updates?

Can't update app nor download new insider build on build 14356.1000

everything on build 14356.1000 fast ring updates keeps getting stucked on 0%, my app updates and in downloading build 14361 on fast ring, any help? thanks
