Why am I unable to install any app to my Lumia 1020?

Cant install any app to Lumia 1020

Hello,
My Lumia 1020 won't install ANY app.
After clicking of install button appears menu with question to log in to my Microsoft acc. After entering of password and clicking install button nothing happens. Just after about 10 sec. jump out the same window with question to
log in to Microsoft acc. And again and again.
Does anybody know how to fix this ???

I had a similar issue with my device. I just did a hard reset on my device and it worked.

Always try a soft reset first before a hard reset - a soft reset won't erase all your personal data. Just press on the volume down and power buttons together until your phone restarts
