Why am I unable to install the Microsoft Health App on my Samsung Note 2?

Unable to install Microsoft Health App in Samsung Note 2

I bought Microsoft Band from US. Trying to install Microsoft Health App from Play Store (India). Can see notification like "App is incompatible with the device.".

Please help.

Can't help. You Note 2 is older than what MS supports

1. install a vpn applcation
2. go to settings flush cache for play store
3. start play store dowmnload Microsoft health.
