Why am I unable to move open browser windows in Windows 10?

I am unable to move my open browser windows since getting Windows 10. I have about 5 open browser windows open but I am unable to take one and make it it's own window. What could I be doing wrong?

No idea. Drag tabs out of the window and they become their own window.

If you are in tablet mode then you don't have windows... so turn that off to get windows.
