Unable to Open Message BOX on SIM1in Nokia Lumia 540
I am using lumia 540. last week i was face issue when i click on Message Box SIM 1 for open its goes to loading state and again back to main screen. After that i reset my phone and issue got resolved. But today i again face same issue. and phone reset on every month is not possible for me due to IMP data. Please help to fix this issue
