i cant plug in windows 10 mobile to pc

hi I am using windows 10 mobile 640 xl and windows 10 pc
recently I had a problem I cant plug in my phone to pc showing usb not recognized
but when a seeing my phone its charging , what is the solution for this guys

please help me .
