Why am I unable to register in preview developer?

i am unable to register in preview developer

when i provide them my email they say you have to registered first. plz give me solution mail me <personal mail> preview for developer problemI provide them my email, but they are still showing you have to registered as developer first

Hotvak's link explains everything you need to know. You need to sign up for an Appstudio account, which makes you a developer, hence the developers preview. It's free, and you don't need to actually develop anything to qualify for the account.

Please don't ever post your email address in a public place... You are putting the email account at risk when you do.
