Why am I unable to send and receive messages after upgrading my Lumia 730 to latest build 14295?

I am unable to send and receive messages after upgrading Lumia 730 to latest build 14295

I am not able to receive and send message after upgrading to latest build and also unable to connect to internet. I can only connect through wifi.
Please let me know if any of you have found any solution to these issues.

you could try hard reset, wait for future builds or roll back to 8.1 then upgrade back to build .164.

as the build you have upgraded is a preview beta build and not official , so there aren't any official fixes for them
