Why am I unable to update my Microsoft Lumia 535?

Microsoft Lumia 535 Update Problem

I have purchased Microsoft Lumia 535. I am having touch issues but I have heard that new update will resolve this issue. Last time, I was trying to update my phone with my 3G package but it continued to ask me to connect with WiFi for update. Today, I brought a WiFi router and successfully installed it on my computer. I tried updating from my new WiFi connection but it continued to give me this error code "801882cb". I searched over internet and on a page and on some page, someone wrote that soft reset is needed and if this doesn't work, hard reset is needed. Well, I did hard reset. Now, when I connected my phone again with same WiFi, it is giving me this error code "80190193".

People were giving this detail, maybe I should give to.

My OS version is: 8.10.14226.359

Firmware revision number is: 02055.00000.14511.22002

Switch off the mobile data and keep wifi On.
Delete all email accounts from Settings - email accounts except Microsoft Account.
Restart the Phone. Try now.
