Why am I unable to update to Win 10 on my Lumia 1320?

Unable to update to Win 10 on my Lumia 1320

I can't get the Win 10 update, even though I signed up for Insider preview, fast ring. Does it vary by region? I'm in India, btw. Any help will be appreciated. My current build is Win 8.10.14219.341.

1320 can't get fast ring updates. You can only go with release or production ring
