Why am I unable to use WeChat at all for my Lumia 640?

[Windows Central Question]

Couldn't use wechat at all for lumia 640

After verifying OTP its takes you to the friends photo verification page there the okay button hides under the small option bar at the bottom windows have (<- @ ->) previous refresh and next button because of that i couldn't press okay its soo irritating.

Shouldn't you be able to hide the navigation bar by swiping downwards at the bottom part of the screen?
