Why are all future appointments suddenly missing from my Nokia 521 calendar?

The only things on the calendar in the future are holidays and days I had set to show up annually. Also past appointments have disappeared going back to 8/4/14! Any help anyone can provide would be VERY appreciated!

If you had a separate calendar synced to your WP calendar app, removal of that one or problems with that one would affect your wp calendar as well.
