Why Are Most Of My Windows 10 Mobile Apps Stuck On "Loading" and don't do anything?

Alright, I got the latest Windows 10 build for my Lumia 640 XL, and I noticed a lot of the apps say "loading" when I try to open them.... Whats the problem here? I tried uninstalling several and reinstalling, and the same problem......

Do these apps need to get updated to the latest windows 10 build or what?

I had a similar issue, are they installed on an sd card or on phone itself? Try re-installing them directly on the phone itself.
I had a bunch that did not work after my last update, and needed to be re-installed, but some wouldn't even re-install until I changed my settings to install apps directly to the phone. You can check this in the storage app.
