Why are my nav bar pixilation changing automatically?

nav bar pixilation changes automatically

My Lumia 730 navigation bar pixilation changes automatically. I have set it in always dark. But after some time it become slightly lighter and again become dark when touched. Tried hard reset bu no result.

I have a Lumia 735 and the same issue. Also unable to fix it. And it's so nice to have black bar with it's amoled screen.
