why are my windows 10 pictures blurry

I have the newest Asus with windows 10, and the pictures are blurry, and almost look like that yave some weird effect on it, but there is not. Help please. Thank you

Did you see if the cam on it has any scratch preventing plastic or something on it if its a new device?
