why some apps which are downloaded from store are not opening on my windows

I downloaded hike messenger it was downloaded successfully but its not opening.. I restarted my phone for 2 time but still the same issue continuous please tell me how to solve it

Uninstall and then install
It might also be that the apps can no longer run on the os
