Why are store apps updating over data connection?

Store apps updating over data connection

Under windows phone 8 there was an option to only download updates (or at least larger ones) over wifi.
Since moving to windows 10 I have noticed that this option has disappeared and with the mail and calendar universal app coming in at 500+mb I am hitting my data limits fast.
Am I being blind or has this option been removed?

I got one better, Groove music decided to download 4 GB of songs on the cellular network... I only have 3 GB in my plan.
