Why aren't my callers able to hear me properly?

HTC 8S, caller can cannot or can barely hear me

Having a problem with my windows HTC 8 S, callers cannot hear me or i sound extremely faint to them, still doesn't work when i got to speaker phone. Doesn't make any difference whether i am calling the other person or they are calling me
