Why can't I hear callers and they cannot hear me neither on my Lumia Cyan cell phone?

I I can't hear callers and they cannot hear me neither on my Lumia Cyan cell phone.

I have an Lumia Cyan cell phone and now I am having trouble with the hearing/speaking sounds. I can't hear callers and they cannot hear me neither. Blue Tooth also does not work in the phone app. But, when calling from Skype it works.

Are you able to use a voice recording app to record anything and play it back? can you play music?
