Why aren't my capacitive keys working after the Windows 10 update?

Capacitive keys no longer working after windows 10 update

greetings
i updated my Nokia Lumia 520 , from windows 8.1 to windows 10, but the windows ,and the back capacitive buttons are no longer working, however the search button is responding. since these are the main navigation keys, i cnt do anything to use my phone

please help

I suggest you rollback to wp8.1 by using LSRT or WPRT )

I also have the same problem only I can press it by 'force'

Make sure to back up all your important files, documents, music, photos, etc.
Roll back your phone to Windows 8.1 using this tool from Microsoft
