Why aren't my emails syncing?

I'm going to assume Windows Phone? Outlook email box?

Make sure your date and time are correct.

Remove any restrictions in Data Sense.

Make sure you have a fast data connection (cell or WiFi).

Try to manually sync your Microsoft Account by going to Settings > email + accounts > hold down o the Microsoft Account name > tap "sync" from the pop up menu
