Why aren't my headphones working anymore?

Headphones issue

Hi, everybody.
Can somebody, please, help me. I have a problem on my Lumia 630. Headphones doesn't work anymore. I just hear cracking sound when I plug them in. And the headphones work perfectly on my mother's phone. Anybody have similar problem? How can I fix it?

Your headphone plug starts to fail, This is a hardware problem and needs to Be fixed by a service center
