Why aren't my Windows Phone achievements unlocking on my gamercard?

Windows Phone achievements not unlocking on gamercard

Ive been playing some games on my windows phone lately (mainly Jetpack Joyride on my Nokia Lumia 820) and they were unlocking in the game but not on xbox live seeing I was playing offline. After I connected to the internet they were still locked on my profile and xbox.com?

Are you using the same Microsoft account on your Lumia 820 and on Xbox Live? Microsoft account wizard
