why the facebook apps dont showing online to others

i opening facebook app and in online but it showing to others last online only how this can be fixed

i opening facebook app and in online but it showing to others last online only how this can be fixed

The facebook app is for viewing posts,notifications,among other things, the Messenger app would show you as online or not on FB.
