Why aren't transparent tiles working for my Nokia 735?

Transparent tiles not working for nokia 735

I am currently having problems with my Nokia Lumia 735 not allowing me to use transparent tiles on Windows 10. Any one know why?

Because you use a preview so all kind of bugs and glitches can and will happen.
