Why can I not pickup my business WI-FI

My Nokia Lumia 630 switches to my home WI-FI but not the WI-Fi at work. How can i resolve this?

Is your work WiFi open or does it require a certificate to connect to?

If it requires a certificate you won't be able to connect to it unless your IT department has to set it up.
