Windows Central Question

I recently upgraded my Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 to Windows 10 using the internet download. The update seemed to go very well with no apparent issues.

However, immediately after completing the update I noticed that I can no longer rename a New Folder. I can create the New Folder but I can never rename it to the name I want. I get the message "Could not find this item" This is no longer located at ... Verify the location and try again.

There is really no way that I can get around this.

I then decided that I would revert back to my Windows 7 and used the Restore option to successfully go back to my Windows 7. However, after restoring Windows 7 I not still have the renaming problem. I did not have this issues prior to updating to Windows 10.

Any help would be appreciated.
