Why can't I access all settings in my Windows 10 phone?

why i cant access all settings in my windows 10 phone?

i h'd updated my phone to windows 10 (lumia 535) and i cant get my contacts and my datas too, then i cant access settings it says"i need to search the app in store" guess what windows 10 which i h've got ain't got a store .. damn plz help me.
