Why can't I access the Windows Store (LUMIA 625)?

I can't Access to Windows Store (LUMIA 625)

I'm not able to access to windows store, when i open i have the "Loading" message then it doesn't open, it works only couple of times in the week i'm using WIFI internet connection, any help ??

Shutdown the phone and restart
