Why can't I access Windows Hello to sign in on Windows 10 even though it says enabled?

Cannot access Windows Hello to sign in on Windows 10 even though it says enabled.

Only the Windows password login screen appears when I open Windows 10. No camera appears.

Your hardware doesn't support that functionality.
