Why can't I add a new contact?

I can't add new contact!!!!

Hi, I am very very frustrated ..... I upgrade my lumia 640 to windows 10, i don't now why, my all contacts are gone!! but ok i try type again, but it's not possibile!!! evry time when i tap "People" and i tap "NEW" i am kick out to screen tiles!! i also try dial some number, and then save new contact, but this option also dosnt work!! it's very annoying.... Help please!!!!

Do a hard reset. It will help.

does not work.... msn sport also have simular problem, it's opening but after +-3 sec kick me out.....I really hope that this time the windows did something right... ech

Ok second hard reset help! and all list of contacts back! that sad after so many failures, MS still does not know how to learn from their mistakes..... thank you for help
