Why can't I add any accounts to an mail app?

[Windows Central Question]

I cant add any account to mail app

Im trying to set up the mail app to be able to open my live account and my gmail account.

I have entered the correct email and password for both accounts but get this message;

Something went wrong...

error code; 0x801901f4

im running on my user account with full permissions

any ideas?
