Why can't I add Windows features to a new Surface Pro 4?

Cannot add Windows features to a new Surface Pro 4

Hi all,
I got my Surface Pro 4 last week and started with installing software and the required tools. Everything worked fine. Finally, I liked to add the feature Hyper-V and noticed the "Add / Remove Windows Features" dialog is blank and shows nothing.

I tried to repair the installation with DISM and SFC, without success. Both showed all corruptions are repaired, but the features are still blank

Currently you cannot add features to Windows 10 on Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book. Microsoft is working to get it fixed soon hopefully by the time W10 Anniversary Update in Summer 2016
