why cant i call on messanger

When I go on messenger I can't receive calls or can't make calls or face time

Assuming you're in the right place and own a Windows Phone.

1. The Messenger app just doesn't have the calling feature. Period. Facebook just hasn't made that feature available to those who use Windows Phones.

2. Facetime is Apple-exclusive. Try Skype for a cross-platform video solution.
