Why can't I choose a production ring or leave Windows Insider?

cant choose production ring or leave Windows Insider

Hi,

I'm an Insider and using a Lumia 830 with build 14356 -fast ring. Now I would like to stay with this build because its working well. But in Insider Program i can only choose Slow or Fast Ring but not Production Ring. And when pressing the leaving.button it just show me a message that i can only "take a break" for 1, 3 or 5 days but not leave it permanently. And the link shown thhere is only a Windows help page. Can you confirm this? Is this intended?
